Greg joined RAM full-time in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer bringing a background of supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing logistics, and field experience. Early hands-on work in the civil construction department informed his understanding of construction operations and fostered his respect and loyalty for the teams responsible for delivering RAM’s unique product. Greg holds a degree from Gonzaga University in Operations and Supply Chain Management, and further developed his expertise as a Buyer with a large international manufacturing company prior to joining the team at RAM. He leads with a clear focus on operational efficiency, humility for his teammates, proactive problem-solving, and works hard to remedy barriers across the organization so that members are positioned for success.
Sam has been a vital part of RAM for many years, bringing broad industry experience and a genuine passion for building both projects and people. Before returning home to Bellingham, she spent several years working in Seattle’s fast-paced construction market, where she gained valuable insight into project management, collaboration, and client service. Her time in a variety of roles at RAM has given her a ground-up understanding of the company and a true feel for its heartbeat — the people and the purpose behind every project. Known for her creative approach and process-driven mindset, Sam is always looking for ways to make things work better for the company, the team, and the community. Her leadership embodies what RAM stands for and reinforces the people-first culture that defines RAM.
Dick joined RAM in 2017 after a distinguished 27-year career with the Bellevue Fire Department where he served as a Captain, Paramedic, and Battalion Chief. Throughout his career he responded to thousands of emergency calls, gaining invaluable experience in what true safety requires. As RAM’s Safety Director Dick oversees every aspect of the company’s highly regarded health and safety program including policy and procedure development, claims and risk management, and collaboration with the field team to ensure the delivery of exceptional results. Dick embodies RAM’s commitment to safety and kindness, instilling confidence with his expert, composed leadership
As the leader of the civil division, Josh has been instrumental in establishing RAM as a heavy-civil powerhouse, with a track record of successfully completing numerous high-profile projects. With 25 years of experience in civil construction management Josh has developed a keen ability to identify and pursue projects that align with RAM’s business model, the skill set of the team, and the capabilities of an extensive equipment fleet. His expertise allows RAM to tackle complex, high-risk projects with confidence. Josh consistently finds innovative ways to navigate unpredictable situations, transforming them into successful, positive outcomes for clients, the public, and RAM’s team members. His approachable demeanor and unwavering support make him a beloved leader, admired by everyone he works with.
Jon brings humor, composure, compassion, and exceptional execution to every engagement, embodying the qualities of a thoughtful and effective leader. With 25 years of experience in large-scale building construction, Jon has honed his ability to deliver elite projects and unparalleled experiences for his clients. Jon’s career is distinguished by his unwavering attention to detail and ensuring the highest standards on every project. Within RAM’s building division, Jon leads with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and clear communication.
