Project Description
All American Marine transitioned from specialty boat building to manufacturing diverse aluminum vessels, requiring a new 57,000-square-foot facility at Bellingham’s Squalicum Harbor. As General Contractor, RAM managed site preparation, including removal of 46,000 cubic yards of stockpiled soil, ground improvements, and installation of an environmental cap. Despite an accelerated timeline, careful coordination ensured successful delivery of this state-of-the-art project.
