Project Description
The Evergreen Ridge Apartments project involved rehabilitating 12 affordable housing buildings in partnership with Mercy Housing Northwest. RAM handled extensive upgrades, including siding, roofing, windows, and interior improvements. The project overcame unique scheduling and safety challenges of working in tenant-occupied units, finishing on time, under budget, and with added enhancements.
