Project Description
Fairhaven Tower is a 42,555 sqft mixed-use development honoring the historic Fairhaven Hotel. The ground level features commercial space, while four floors of upscale residential living sit above. Designed to meet Fairhaven Design Committee standards, the building complements the community’s architectural heritage. The project also includes utility and site preparation for Phase II.

Despite supply chain challenges and cost pressures from the COVID-19 pandemic, RAM successfully completed the Fairhaven Tower project on time and within budget. Effective planning, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving allowed the project to stay on track, overcoming the challenges posed by the global crisis.
