RAM has partnered with Alliance Properties for over 30 years and has played a key role in developing the 635-acre King Mountain neighborhood since 2014. Located between the Meridian and Irongate neighborhoods, this multi-phase project includes road construction, utility expansion, park construction, and retention ponds. More recently, RAM extended James Street as a crucial hillside connector, paving the way for future multifamily units and additional single family lots further shaping the expanding community.
