Project Description
Lynden Commons is a newly developed commerce center in the heart of Lynden, WA. The project features a 4,300 sq. ft. wood-framed building with two commercial suites for retail or dining. It also includes a 3,800 sq. ft. concrete and wood-framed structure housing NW Auto Wash, complete with two automatic car washes and three self-wash bays. Additionally, RAM designed and built a 7,500 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal retail building in partnership with American Buildings, providing five 1,500 sq. ft. suites for local businesses.
