Project Description
This tenant improvement for the hospital’s Infusion Center required the highest level of safety precautions, as patients have virtually no immune systems. Full-time supervision, ICRA protocols, and Public Health–approved infection prevention measures were implemented, including temporary barriers and protection of adjacent spaces. Work included selective demolition, new framing, finishes, doors, hardware, and MEP upgrades, with activities scheduled off-hours to minimize disruption while the clinic remained operational.
