Project Description
Originally built in 1924, RAM carefully restored this historic building while completing a full seismic and finish upgrade. Structural steel was installed from top to bottom, ensuring safety without compromising its original charm. The space features high-end custom carpentry throughout, including a tongue-and-groove ceiling crafted from old-growth fir and detailed finish work that elevates the warmth and character of the building. The final product honors the building’s heritage while creating a functional, modern office space built for long-term sustainability.

This tenant improvement was part of a larger building upgrade and remodel at the Rocket Building. In addition to the renovated space, the building features five rentable units and a modern, state-of-the-art Airbnb with a rooftop deck, blending historic charm with contemporary design and functionality.
