Project Description

RAM completed earthwork, utilities, and exterior improvements for a new 190,000-square-foot school, including an eight-lane synthetic surface track, turf football, baseball, softball, and soccer fields, six tennis courts, 450 parking spaces, a parent drop-off area, and separate bus access. Despite 75+ design changes, RAM worked closely with the GC/CM to meet a fast-tracked one-year schedule, minimizing disruptions and safety risks while completing the project on time.

RAM successfully demolished the old high school while students remained on-site and the new highschool was under construction. Through careful planning and an accelerated civil timeline, RAM ensured the project was completed ahead of schedule, prioritizing safety and minimizing disruptions for students and staff throughout the entire process.
