RAM Construction tackled the complex civil scope for the Lighthouse Mission project, navigating the challenges of a highly constrained site with limited access and tight surroundings. The demolition phase required careful sequencing, precision equipment, and constant coordination to safely remove the existing structure while protecting adjacent areas. With no room for error, we strategically managed the process while maintaining strict pedestrian and traffic safety. Our team installed curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, and brought water and sewer services to the site—delivering critical infrastructure for this high-impact project with efficiency.
