Project Description
RAM completed a full interior remodel of Max Higbee Center, tripling its size to better serve adults with disabilities and eliminating its long waitlist. The project required strict compliance with city, state, and federal wage regulations, demanding meticulous coordination. Missing key milestones would have resulted in the loss of essential financial resources, so careful coordination and proactive scheduling were critical to success.
